Corbis Photographer Wins World Press Photo Of The Year
Corbis contributor Samuel Aranda has won the World Press Photo of the year for his work on Yemen for the New York Times.

Aranda shot the Yemeni Pro-democracy activists taking to the streets, protesting a decision to grant President Ali Abdullah Saleh immunity. Samuel Aranda worked anonymously in Yemen for weeks, as the only western photographer, capturing the volatility and unrest in the streets of a country struggling against dictatorship for a year.
