Shooting the Flux- How to Capture Motion in Stills
When shooting action photography you need to decide what type of image you are after- one that freezes the action in motion or one that shows the speed of the moment. Your shutterspeed will determine how you achieve both; a fast shutterspeed (1/250) will work for someone running or to capture motion in freeze frame, whereas 1/4000 will be needed to capture motorized motion, such as a race car.
