Thought Equity Motion, Inc.—a leading provider of video platform and footage licensing services— announced today that it is working with Discovery Communications to unlock the value of its video archive by providing digitization, delivery, and “smart content” metadata services for its new footage licensing business, Discovery Access. Thought Equity Motion’s T3 Platform technology is powering the recently launched site, DiscoveryAccess.com—the digital footage library for Discovery Communications’ 28 global entertainment networks and multi-platform media brands.
