19% Drop in UK Q2 Advertising spending
LONDON: Total UK adspend slumped by 19% in the second quarter of this year at constant prices, according to figures from the latest Quarterly Survey of Advertising Expenditure, produced by WARC for the Advertising Association.Expenditure levels have now fallen for six consecutive quarters – including a drop of 18.8% in Q1 this year – making this the worst period of decline since the survey began.
