Eat, Photo, Pumpkin
When we interviewed Fotolia Contributor Tatjana Baibakova we couldn’t resist asking her for one of her recipes. Luckily for our rumbling stomachs, she kindly shared the recipe for her magnificent looking creamy pumpkin soup which, she states her and her family absolutely adore, wanting her to finish shooting it as soon as possible whenever she’s photographing it so they can get their mitts on it! We can now attest to that statement.
Ingredients:
1 litre of water
1 kg of pumpkin
2 onions
1-2 garlic cloves
200 ml of cream
2 spoons of olive oil
salt and pepper.
