Considering Getty have secured for themselves an almost utter monopoly on every major event that occurs anywhere it’s not easy to prevent anyone else winning anything as no one else is allowed to photograph anything.
These awards are controlled and fixed. it’s a private boys club with almost no members. So zero competition.
