Home taping is killing music revisited

Musician Dan Bull has produced some earlier gems about the fight between paid versus free music. Both his song about Lilly Allen and the one targeted at Lord Mandelson have become big YouTube hits. He has made another song and video about the music industry based on the campaign ‘home taping is killing  music’ that contains lyrics like “Home eating is killing fast food” and “Home sleeping is killing Hotels”

The clip is made in support of the Don’t disconnect us campaign that lobbies against the digital economy bill that went through the House of Lords in the UK yesterday. This campaign concedes that file sharing is illegal and should be tackled but says the bill in its current form will not work. Check out the site for more details
