New search functions make finding the right image even easier for buyers and photographers.

Imageselect, one of the largest independent distributors of royalty free and rights managed imagery, has introduced two new features to help busy professionals quickly find the right content for any project. Imageselect’s search enhancements include:

• Detailed search, which identifies images based on the number of people in a photograph, age, sex, viewpoint and space for text.

• Category search, which enables image buyers to filter their search by topic.

The detailed search is a time-saver for those buyers who know exactly what they’re looking for as they can refine their search to only yield image results with, for example,  the desired viewpoint or age of the person in the photograph. Additionally, Imageselect offers 10 topics to search within, ranging from Nature & Wildlife to Interior Design. The easy-to-use drop down menu filters out any extraneous images and saves buyers from having to click through page after page to find the right image.
