Picture sharing service Radar closes

Radar, a service that enables real-time sharing of mobile phone pictures is shutting down. It had originally announced a closing date of the 30th of April but this is now the 26th of May. Anyone that has pictures on the site can transfer them to Shutterlfy, the company that owns the Radar services.

More information can be found on the radar blog. Shutterfly allows people to upload and organise pictures and then create photo-albums and other products with them.
