Wallpaper’s next edition features moving image on cover

Wallpaper magazine will feature an image on the cover that will animate if you move a silver mesh across the cover. This will make the portrait on the cover look like its talking. The work is created by the artist Robert Wilson, who guest edited the issue with film director David Lynch. For the past years the October issue has  featured guest editors. The technique used by the artist is an updated version of a French pre-cinema technique. You can see it here on the Wallpaper website.
