Axiom Launches New Colour Concept Website
Photo Agency Axiom is launching its new website
PRESS RELEASE
Axiom Photographic Agency is delighted to announce the launch of its new website: Geared towards the advertising and design market, the Axiom site showcases a graphic, colour blocking concept. The new homepage features rotating
picture spreads in red, orange, yellow, pink, blue, green, and grey. One multi-coloured page is mixed in with the monochromatic spreads, pulling all of the colours together. The effect is striking. Conceived by Creative Director, Erin Moroney, and freelance designer, Sam Chelton, the new site design is clean, modern and minimal. To emphasis the colour concept, the homepage spreads contain links to the picture search results for each colour. When users click on the images or on the corresponding colour bars, they will be taken to the library’s pictures of that
colour.
Axiom’s new Sales Director, Tim Hook says: “We really wanted a new site that was more design-oriented and inspiring for creative image users. The colour search result links were designed as a ‘hidden’ extra– a reward for the curious.”
Established in 1996, Axiom is one of the leading travel stock libraries in Britain. This dynamic rights-managed collection features creative and unique images of people, landscapes, and architecture from around the world.
