Breaking: Eyedea Group in bankruptcy protection

French newspaper Le monde is reporting that Eyedea Group (owner of the Gamma and Rapho archives) is suspending all payments as it files for chapter11 style bankruptcy protection. Its subsidiary Eyedea presse had allready filed for protection on the 30th of July last year. Photographers had been urged to claim their outstanding fees last year. So far the news has only been released in French so any help in providing clarity would be appreciated.
