George Logan London photo exhibition

On the 22nd of October award winning photographer George Logan unveiled his Red Road exhibition at Village Underground in London’s Shoreditch. The exhibition was organised in collaboration with Corbis and curated by Martin Yates.

Born in Belshill in Scotland, George studied at the Blackpool College of Photography before moving to London where he is currently based. Critically acclaimed both in the UK and internationally, George has received many industry accolades including winning Gold at the Association of Photographers Awards in London in 2005 and being named Advertising Photographer of the Year at the IPA/Lucie awards in New York in 2007.

George produces strong and vivid images with a unique photographic style. Setting otherworldly imagery against the gritty backdrop of Glasgow’s derelict Red Road district, he has created a series of powerful visual parables for the modern day.
