Google back on acquisition path
Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google told reporters that Google is ready to begin buying up companies again. This is the result of recovery in the world economy and the large cash portfolio currently holds.
“Acquisitions are back on,” Schmidt told reporters after an upbeat talk to students and business leaders in Pittsburgh on the eve of the G20 summit of the world’s most biggest economies.
