This year the photo-editors at Time noticed one photographer’s work stand out from the rest – repeatedly sending in unique photographs, Muhammed Muheisen was chosen as Time’s best wire photographer of the year. At 31, Muhammed, who originates from Jordan had a fantastic 2013.
