Blend is looking for a dynamic individual to lead direct sales activity, in the role of Account Executive.

Role

Manage all aspects of direct sales activity of client-facing website, lead client development (including CRM) and sales development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and service clients in general site needs, research and other capacities
• Build client base through outbound sales activity, visitations and related industry events
• Evangelize product among commercial and editorial agencies, large and small
• Work with other internal functional groups to create marketing initiatives, related to direct sales activity and campaigns
• Develop CRM approach
• Define and implement direct sales promotions
• Negotiate pricing agreements
• Plan and execute sales strategy across vertical markets and territories

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience within the commercial stock photography industry, or complementary experience
• Experience with media licensing, particularly commercial licensing
• Strong negotiating and outbound sales skills
• Prior success with sales development, or client development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Willingness to adapt in a small, fast growing business is essential
• Ability to work autonomously/self-motivated
• BA or Similar Degree Required 

Compensation

Base salary commensurate with experience plus commission.  Blend Images provides a competitive package of health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and other benefits for all full-time employees.
