The company is looking for an independent, energetic member of a small team that will help us bring our business to the next level.  You will be working from a dynamic office environment in central London and take care of client service requests with an active attitude to growing sales.

Sales Executive

Picturebuying.com  seeks an independent, enthusiastic and disciplined individual that will help our clients license the photography they need. Our clients can be found across the advertising and publishing industry, as well as corporations, small businesses and even private individuals. The opportunity includes the ability to work from home and a dynamic office space in Central London. Our largest client is one of the world’s leading microstock agencies currently enjoying very strong revenue growth around the World. We also work with a number of photography specialists as well as independent production agencies. Candidates will work on behalf of our clients, picking up phone and email queries in the name of our clients. They will deal with client queries, solve problems, make quotes, and where necessary invoice licensing fees. The role also includes help with marketing activities We are looking for people with a service attitude that can recognise sales opportunities and grow high potential clients and manage them to growth. The role is full time and based in London

About the team

Picturemedia is run by its two co-founders who have both held senior management positions in stock photography companies for a combined 30 years. We also work with a team of experienced Free-lancers. The company was founded in November 2010. We feel strongly about our mantra to keep our company as light, agile and adaptive as possible as only this will allow us to keep our focus on sales and marketing for our clients. We use the latest cloudbased software, modern telecom solutions and flexible, modern office space in A-locations.

The responsibility

  • Answer client queries and issues over the phone and email
  • Follow up transactions via email and phone up selling to higher value products
  • Follow up daily registrations via email and phone and converting to clients
  • Make outbound calls to database to qualify leads and convert to clients
  • Follow up opens and clicks from email newsletters
  • Keep in regular contact with our largest clients
  • Identify high potential leads and convert them to paying clients
  • Source leads when required and add them to the system
  • Keep notes in our CRM and that of our clients if available
  • Liaise with our suppliers offices for picture research and admin requirements
  • Help qualifying clients and building high quality lists for our clients
