Photocuisine UK prize draw

Photocuisine has announced a prize draw for new registrants. The prize is a day at the famous River Cottage learning the art of meat curing and smoking:

“PhotoCuisine UK are offering all our newly registering clients the chance to win a day learning the artisan craft of curing and smoking meat. The lucky winner will join Ray Smith and the River Cottage team where they will learn all the basic techniques of curing and smoking, along with the basic butchery skills for preparing the meats. You’ll have to register to enter the prize draw. The winner will be announced at the end of March 201o.”
